3.Subject and Scope of the Agreement

4.Rights and liabilities of the parties

The User, in the processes of offering and selling any Product belonging to him on Jil Doğal, shall comply with all obligations set forth for the “Seller” pursuant to this User Agreement, and act in accordance with all applicable legislation, and that Jil Doğal, which is an intermediary service provider, It accepts, declares and undertakes that the User is not legally obliged to control / audit the sales activities.
