Shipping and Delivery

The products will be delivered to you with the cargo companies that our company has contracted with. Since the shipping costs of your orders will be included in your order, do not pay for shipping separately during delivery. Please contact our customer representatives if there is a cargo company that you want, other than the cargo companies that our company has a contract with.

When receiving your cargo, you should make sure that you receive it undamaged. Since the responsibility of the cargo company is removed after receiving the delivery, when you see that there is a problem with the product, please have the cargo company prepare a report and do not take delivery of the cargo.

After your payment information is confirmed, your order will be prepared and delivered to the address you specified.

In order for your order to be delivered to your address as soon as possible, the payment must be made within a maximum of 5 working days from the order date.

Shipping charges are shown to the customer at the time of order.

Shipping costs incurred in case of product exchange, return or incorrect delivery address belong to the customer.

In case of delay in delivery or similar, you can contact us via our e-mail address or phone that we specified in the contact section. In your interviews and correspondence, please indicate your order number.

If there is a problem with the payment information or the delivery address, you will be contacted with the e-mail address or phone numbers you have specified, and the orders that cannot be delivered within 15 days will be cancelled.
